Here are some websites that I have found useful or fun. I hope you enjoy them. If you have some favorites that are not listed E-mail me and I can add them to the list since this is a work in progress.
www.dltk-kids.com -Fun activities, coloring pages, crafts, and more. If you teach Sunday School this is a great place to find Bible Story activities as well. www.starfall.com -We use this a lot in the classroom. It has interactive programs for each letter of the alphabet and online leveled books that can also be printed out in black and white for free. www.noggin.com -Fun games from your child's favorite shows. Easy to navigate and some are educational. My own child loves this one. www.nickjr.com -Same as noggin and they are connected so that you can travel back and forth between websites. www.getreadytoread.org -Includes a test that you can give your child to see if they are ready to read or not. When the test is over, it gives details about what you can work on at home and websites that can help you. www.familyfun.com -This is my favorite magazine and the website has some of the same articles and craft ideas. www.sitesforparents.com -This site is a list of other websites and has hundreds of the most popular ones that parents visit on the web.
